Position Overview
Responsibility
All contractors performing services for Global Compliance are expected to be honest and responsible individuals who recognize the importance of on-time completion and accuracy for every assignment. Once you accept an assignment, we expect that you will complete it accurately and within the specified time frame. Once you have reserved an assignment, you must not allow anyone to perform the assignment as a substitute for you. If you are not able to complete the assignment, you must contact Global Compliance immediately so that we can assign it to another contractor. Violations of this policy may result in removal from the active contractor list.
Conflicts of Interest
Occasionally, an assignment may require you to conduct an assignment at a business where one or more of the employees are known to you. In this situation, you MUST inform Global Compliance of the potential conflict of interest. We do not wish to place you in a position where your objectivity might be difficult to maintain; therefore, we will refer the assignment to another contractor. If this situation occurs, we not only appreciate your honesty, but also require that you keep any information concerning the impending assignment confidential.
Submitting Reports
After you have completed your assignment, all report information must be entered and submitted directly through our website. Some assignments will require paper reports to be sent to Global Compliance immediately via fax or mail.
If you perform an assignment that requires you to make a purchase, a completed receipt voucher reflecting reimbursement of any pre-authorized expenses, plus a copy of the original receipt from the store must be faxed to Global Compliance at 888-343-2652. After faxing the information, we ask that you make a copy for your records, and mail the original documents to us at:
